The content, quizzes, guides, courses, app features and coaching provided by The Hormone Method are for education and general wellbeing support. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for the care of a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult a suitably qualified professional before starting any programme, particularly if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a medical condition.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or create an account. You are responsible for keeping your log-in details safe and for activity on your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Prices, features and inclusions are set out at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until cancelled through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations, refunds and coaching commitments are governed by our Refund, Cancellation and Subscription Policy.

You agree to use our services lawfully and respectfully. You will not copy, resell, publish, share log-ins for, or create derivative works from our paid content without written permission. You will not use the services to harm others, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer them.

All content, branding, guides, courses, app materials and photography are owned by or licensed to adrifitness and are protected by intellectual property laws. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own wellbeing. All other rights are reserved.

Anything you submit through forms, coaching or the app must be lawful and truthful. Any use of your photographs, video or testimonial material for marketing is governed by our separate Photo and Testimonial Consent and is always optional.

Our services rely on third parties, including Stripe for payments and Meta for advertising measurement where you consent. Their own terms and privacy notices apply to their processing. We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, adrifitness is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes that depend on how you apply the information and programmes we provide. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or end access to our services if these Terms are breached, if payment fails, or if we reasonably believe continued access would cause harm or legal risk. You may stop using the services at any time, subject to the Refund Policy.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over RAKEZ, unless a mandatory local law applicable to you provides otherwise.
