• Contact details you give us: name, email address and anything you share through forms, the quiz, coaching applications or email.
• Account and app data: log-in details, preferences, quiz answers and, where relevant, self-reported health and lifestyle inputs.
• Payment data: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We receive confirmation and limited billing details, never full card numbers.
• Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP, and interactions with the website and app.
• Marketing engagement: whether you open our emails or click links, and your consent choices.

• To deliver the guides, courses, app features and coaching you request.
• To answer questions, provide support and send transactional messages.

Where applicable data-protection law requires it, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering what you purchase), your consent (marketing, optional cookies, health-data and photo uses), our legitimate interests (running and improving the business securely) and legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, including hosting and app infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, payments (Stripe) and, with your consent, advertising partners such as Meta. These providers are bound to use your information only to provide their service to us.

Some of our providers process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses and equivalent measures.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
