Photo and Testimonial Consent

I consent to uploading photographs for private progress tracking and, where included in my tier, review by Adrienn and the authorised administrator. I understand that private uploads will not be used publicly without separate permission.

This is always optional and is never bundled with service access. When granted, it reads:

I give adrifitness, trading as The Hormone Method, permission to use the specific photographs, video clips, written comments or testimonial materials identified in this consent for website, social media, advertising, presentations and promotional materials.

I understand that:

• this permission is optional and refusal will not affect my service;
• the approved material may be edited for length, layout or formatting without materially changing its meaning;
• I may withdraw permission for future use by emailing thehormonemethodd@gmail.com;
• withdrawal may not remove material already printed, lawfully published, distributed or included in an active campaign.

For every consent we keep a clear record so it is easy to audit and easy to withdraw:

• User name and account email.
• Exact media selected.
• Permitted channels (website, social, paid ads, presentations, other).
• Whether first name may be used.
• Whether full name may be used.
• Whether body measurements or results may be shared.
• Consent date and version.
• Withdrawal date, if applicable.
